Best Prop Firm SEO Agencies and Consultants (2026)

prop firm seo agencies

Table of Contents

The prop firm SEO options on this page start with FinMedia Group, whose FundedTrading B2B advisory plans SEO as part of a prop firm launch. The agencies reviewed are Contentworks, PropfirmMarketing.agency and Prop Firm SEO Agency, each of which states a prop trading focus on its own site. FinPR includes SEO inside PR work, and the independent option is Alex Firdaus. Most of these providers sell SEO as one service inside a wider package, so check which one leads with search before you sign.

Prop firm SEO agencies compared

The table below compares every prop firm and broker SEO provider on this page by what each one leads with, which trading clients it names, and whether it publishes a price. Every entry uses what the provider states on its own site, checked on 27 September 2026. Fintech options for non-trading businesses are further down.

Which prop firm SEO agencies actually lead with SEO

A prop firm SEO agency leads with SEO when its named clients credit it for search results. By that test, most agencies in this market are paid media, content or PR shops that list SEO as one service among several.

The fastest check is the testimonials. An agency picks its own quotes, so the quotes show what its best clients actually bought. Here is what the named clients on each homepage thank the agency for.

AgencyWhat its named clients credit it for
ContentworksContent quality, compliance-approved videos, and one Blackwell Global quote about a featured snippet and first-page keywords
PropfirmMarketing.agencyNo named clients on the homepage
FinPRMessaging, positioning and media outreach
Prop Firm SEO AgencyTraffic growth figures, with company names I could not confirm

None of this makes an agency bad. A prop firm that needs ads, video and SEO run by one team should hire a team that does all three. The problem is hiring a creative shop for a search problem and finding out two quarters later.

Prop firm PR and launch advisory with SEO included

FinMedia Group and FinPR are not SEO agencies, but both sell SEO work to prop firms as part of a wider offer. Both belong to the group where Alex Firdaus is Head of Media, so read these two entries with that in mind.

FinMedia Group, Singapore

FinMedia Group is a Singapore-headquartered finance and trading media network that owns FundedTrading.com, FundedTrading.id, MyTradingReviews.com, DailyFXWire.com and FinPR.com. In June 2026 FinMedia Group launched FundedTrading B2B Consulting, an advisory service for prop firm operators. The advisory covers business model design, vendor introductions, compliance orientation, affiliate introductions, media coverage across the group’s properties, and SEO and content advisory for the prop trading vertical. FundedTrading B2B works on a fee basis and takes no equity or revenue share. FinMedia Group says the advisory is kept separate from FundedTrading.com’s editorial reviews. It fits a pre-launch or early prop firm that wants SEO planned as part of the launch rather than bought on its own.

FinPR, Singapore

FinPR is a financial PR agency for prop trading firms, brokers, fintech and payment companies, run by FinMedia Group PTE. LTD. in Singapore. FinPR lists PR and news media, crisis communication, digital media and SEO, influencer marketing, video production and reputation management. Its prop trading page describes campaigns that combine lead generation, paid media, content and SEO. FinPR’s client testimonials credit it for messaging, positioning and media outreach. By the test on this page, FinPR leads with PR, and SEO supports it. FinPR fits a prop firm that needs press coverage and reputation work first.

Agencies with a prop trading focus

These three agencies state prop trading as a focus and are reviewed in full. In each case a team, not one person, does the work.

Contentworks, Limassol

Contentworks Agency is a financial services content and communications agency in Limassol, Cyprus, founded in 2017 by Niki, a PR specialist, and Charlotte, a content marketing manager. Contentworks lists strategy, forex analysis, content, social media, SEO, GEO, PPC, video, PR and reputation management, and names the regulators it follows, including CySEC, FCA and ASIC. Named testimonials come from FP Markets, Admiral Markets, TIOmarkets, OneRoyal and Acuity Trading, and the portfolio includes more than 400 SEO long-form articles for Capital.com. That is the strongest broker roster on this page. Contentworks is a content agency first, so if you want the SEO strategy to lead and the content to follow, put that in the brief.

PropfirmMarketing.agency

PropfirmMarketing.agency says it works only with prop trading firms and runs SEO, paid ads, content, email, web design and reputation management. PropfirmMarketing.agency’s headline claims are two firms scaled to €1M a month in 12 months and €2M a month in 9 months, both under NDA, with case studies available on request. The homepage names no clients and no location. Its SEO service page describes semantic SEO and cluster rankings for terms like “funded trader challenge.” Treat the revenue claims as unverified until the agency shows you a client you can call.

Prop Firm SEO Agency

Prop Firm SEO Agency sells SEO to prop firms, forex brokers and fintech brands, built on intent-driven content, authority building and technical SEO. Its homepage testimonials quote results such as organic traffic growing from about 2,000 to 60,000 visits a month within a year. The site blocks automated access, so I could not confirm which companies those testimonials belong to, where the agency is based, or who runs it. Ask for all three on the first call.

The SERP Wizards, Novalab and PropFirmsTech also publish prop firm SEO or marketing pages that show up when you search for this service. I only saw those pages in search previews, not in full, so they are not reviewed here.

Independent prop firm SEO consultants

An independent prop firm SEO consultant is one person who does the search work on your account directly. I found no other independent consultant who states a prop-firm-only focus, so this section has one entry, and it is me.

Alex Firdaus, Bandung

Alex Firdaus is a prop firm SEO consultant and Head of Media for FundedTrading, based in Bandung, Indonesia. Alex Firdaus worked close to ten years as a Google search quality rater before moving into prop firm SEO. The paid work is narrow: SEO for prop firms, forex and CFD brokers, and trading technology vendors, with a focus on getting firms named in Google AI Overviews.

You can check the numbers instead of taking my word for them. The prop firm SEO page publishes six months of my own site data: Google sent 1,283 clicks from 270,938 impressions, and Bing sent 344 clicks from 16,487 impressions. The prop firm SEO case study shows a recovery from position 38 to 18 with the dates attached, and pricing starts at $500.

Who I am wrong for: a prop firm that needs paid ads, affiliate management and creative running at the same time. One person cannot staff five channels. Hire one of the agencies above for that. The longer version of that trade-off is in marketing agency or specialist consultant for a prop firm.

Forex and CFD broker SEO agencies

Forex broker SEO overlaps with prop firm SEO but is not the same job. Brokers carry licensing constraints by country, and the results pages are crowded with affiliates and large regulated brokers.

SeoProfy, Orlando

SeoProfy is an SEO agency in Orlando, Florida, with a team of more than 100 and a dedicated forex SEO service. SeoProfy states that forex SEO budgets start at $4,000. Its forex case study reports a global broker growing from 43.6K to 186.9K monthly organic visits across six markets through link building, without naming the broker. The client logos on the forex page, such as Jooble, Autodoc and Preply, are not trading brands. One useful line: SeoProfy says restricted markets such as Indonesia produce unpredictable results. Any broker targeting Southeast Asia should hear that before signing with anyone.

Contentworks, above, has the deepest named broker client list of any agency here. For brokers who want one consultant rather than a team, the forex and CFD broker SEO page covers what I do for brokers.

If you are not a trading business

A neobank, payments API or lending platform should hire a fintech SEO specialist, not a prop firm one. Fintech buyers, regulators and competitors are different from the ones a prop firm faces. These four publish a fintech focus and name fintech clients or say where they work.

Austin HeatonConsultantRemoteRise, Sumsub, CryptoProcessing, Gigapay (listed as clients and partners)From $5,000
Itamar BlauerConsultantLondonNone I could identify on the fintech pageNot published

Mint Studios works only in financial services and fintech, in pods of a strategist, a writer and founder Araminta Robertson, and starts each engagement with a two-week diagnostic. Garit Boothe Digital calls itself the fintech SEO agency and covers SaaS and fintech. Austin Heaton sells SEO and AEO engagements from $5,000. Heaton also publishes a list of the best SEO consultants for fintech companies that ranks himself first and fills four of its seven places with Clutch, Upwork, LinkedIn and DesignRush. Itamar Blauer has worked in digital marketing since 2008. Fintech is one of 14 industry pages on his site, and the logos on the fintech page, such as Wix, Semrush, Ahrefs, Reebok and two universities, are software, retail and education brands rather than financial ones.

If you sell technology to brokers and prop firms rather than to consumers, that sits in fintech SEO for trading technology vendors.

What these providers charge

Most prop firm SEO agencies do not publish prices. Four providers on this page do: Alex Firdaus from $500, SeoProfy from $4,000 for forex SEO, Austin Heaton from $5,000, and Mint Studios at USD 5,000 to 20,000 a month for typical clients.

A published floor tells you who a firm is built for. A $500 starting price and a $5,000 minimum engagement are different products, not cheap and expensive versions of the same one. When you get a quote, ask what is excluded. Content production and link acquisition are often billed on top. The prop firm SEO cost breakdown compares in-house, agency and consultant rates with published salary data.

How to vet an agency before you sign

These six checks take an afternoon and remove most providers from any shortlist. Run them in this order.

  • Ask for the name of the person who will be in your Search Console every week. If the answer is a team, ask who leads it and how many other accounts that person holds.
  • Ask for a named prop firm client and permission to call them. A fintech or broker client proves less than it seems, because prop firms face restricted ad channels, payment processor risk, and review sites that own their brand search.
  • Read what the agency’s named clients thank it for. If every quote is about ads or video, SEO is the side service.
  • Ask for a Search Console screenshot with the property URL visible, not a chart with the domain cropped out.
  • Search “prop firm SEO agency” yourself and see whether the agency’s own site ranks for the service it sells.
  • Ask what happened the last time a payment provider, ad platform or regulator blocked something the agency built. Anyone who has worked in this industry has a story. Anyone without one has not worked in it.

If an agency’s plan does not mention why review sites outrank prop firms for their own brand name, it has not looked at your results page yet.

One last thing. Every page ranking for this search, including this one, was written by someone selling the service. Read them all that way.

Questions about hiring a prop firm SEO agency

Who does SEO for prop firms?

FinMedia Group’s FundedTrading B2B advisory includes SEO and content advisory as part of prop firm launch work, and FinPR includes SEO inside its PR services. The agencies reviewed on this page that state a prop trading focus are Contentworks, PropfirmMarketing.agency and Prop Firm SEO Agency. Alex Firdaus is an independent prop firm SEO consultant based in Bandung, Indonesia. Most prop firm agencies sell SEO alongside paid ads, content and creative rather than as their main service.

How much does prop firm SEO cost?

Most prop firm SEO agencies do not publish prices. Among the providers on this page, Alex Firdaus starts at $500, SeoProfy starts forex SEO at $4,000, Austin Heaton starts at $5,000, and Mint Studios clients typically spend USD 5,000 to 20,000 a month. Ask every provider what the quote excludes.

Should a prop firm hire an SEO agency or a consultant?

A prop firm running paid ads, affiliates, social, creative and SEO at once needs an agency, because one person cannot staff five channels. A prop firm whose problem is search, content or AI visibility gets more from a specialist consultant who does the work directly.

Which SEO agencies work with forex brokers?

SeoProfy runs a dedicated forex SEO service with budgets from $4,000. Contentworks names FP Markets, Admiral Markets, TIOmarkets and OneRoyal as clients. Alex Firdaus works with forex and CFD brokers as an independent consultant.

How do I check a prop firm SEO agency’s results?

Ask for a named prop firm client and permission to call them. Ask for a Search Console screenshot that shows the property URL. Then search “prop firm SEO agency” and see whether the agency’s own site ranks for the service it sells.
