[prop firm seo & ai search]

Prop Firm SEO and AI Search Consultant

I get brands into Google's AI Overviews. And I get them to rank.

Former Google quality specialist. Now I do it for prop firms and fintechs.

[the shift]

Traders now ask ChatGPT if your firm is legit before they ever see your website.

If the sources those models cite are outdated or wrong about you, so is the answer. That is fixable, and almost nobody in this industry is fixing it yet.

[who i work with]

One industry, on purpose.

I work with prop firms selling challenges and funded accounts, forex and CFD brokers, and the B2B vendors selling into both. Tech providers, payment providers, liquidity providers, risk tooling. I also work with affiliates and review sites trying to compete against publishers ten times their size.

That narrow focus is the whole point. I already know what a drawdown rule is, why your affiliate page cannibalises your review page, and why your compliance team will reject half of what a generalist agency hands you. A generalist has to learn your industry on your budget. I do not.

It is not a fit if you want cheap volume content, a link package, or guaranteed rankings. Nobody can promise a position, and anyone who does is either lying or planning to burn your domain.

[how it works]

No pitch deck, no discovery funnel.

01

You tell me the problem

Traffic flat, review sites outranking your own brand pages, a migration that broke something, no idea why you vanished from AI answers. I tell you if it is fixable and roughly how hard.

02

Audit, or straight to build

Most work starts with an audit because guessing is expensive. If you already know what is broken and just need it built, we skip that part.

03

I write, or I brief your team

Both work, and briefing your in-house writers is often cheaper for you. What I will not do is hand over a strategy document and disappear.

04

Measure what matters

Rankings are a proxy. What counts is qualified traders or operators landing on pages that convert, and your brand getting named when someone asks an AI model for a recommendation.

How Prop Firms Get Cited in AI Overviews

Traders are asking ChatGPT and AI Overviews if a prop firm is legit before they ever hit a review site. This breaks down…

[questions]

Things people ask before they email.

Q.What does a prop firm SEO consultant actually do?

Three things, mostly. Build the pages that capture trader search demand, which usually means category pages, comparison pages, and turning your own rulebook into indexable content. Fix the technical problems stopping those pages from ranking. And manage the fact that review sites, not you, own the search results for your own brand name.

Q.Can you get my firm ranking above the review sites?

Not for every term, and you should be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. I cannot control an independent publisher's ranking. What I can do is make sure the information those sites hold about you is accurate, and build your own pages so you own the searches that matter most to your revenue.

Q.How is AI Overview optimisation different from normal SEO?

Ranking wins a click. Citation wins a mention. An AI model assembling an answer names a few brands and cites a handful of sources, and the brands it names are frequently not the ones ranking first. What moves it is entity clarity, committing to specific verifiable numbers, and being described consistently across the wider web.

Q.Do you work with unregulated or offshore firms?

Yes. Most prop firms are not regulated and that is normal for the model. What I will not do is write copy claiming regulation or client protection that does not exist, which is also what keeps you out of trouble.

Q.How long does it take to see results?

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. New content competing for commercial keywords in this niche usually takes a few months to settle. Any firmer number offered before someone has looked at your site is invented.

Q.Where are you based, and does it matter?

Bandung, Indonesia. All work is remote and clients are international, so timezone has not been an issue. It does mean I know the Southeast Asian market properly, which is useful if that is a region you want.

[let's talk]

If you care about ranking and you care about how it reads, we probably have things to talk about.
