Best Prop Firm Review and Comparison Sites in 2026

Table of Contents

The best prop firm review sites in 2026 do more than hand out coupon codes. They compare plans side by side, check rules against each firm’s own pages, flag firms that stop paying, and still give you a code that cuts the price. All ten sites below also earn from prop firms, so how each one gets paid is the second half of the test.

What are the best prop firm review sites in 2026?

The best prop firm review sites in 2026 are FundedTrading.com, Forex Prop Reviews, OnlyPropFirms, Prop Firm Compare, PropFirmGorilla, PropFirmMatch, PropFirmReviews.net, Prop Firms Compared, Propinder and The Prop Firm Guide. The most useful ones compare plans rather than brands, add tools such as calculators or payout data, and offer working discount codes on top.

What makes a good prop firm review site?

A good prop firm review site saves you from a bad purchase, not just a few dollars. A 20% code on the wrong challenge still costs you the whole fee when a trailing drawdown you did not understand closes the account.

Coupon-only pages answer one question: how cheap is this challenge? Good review sites answer the questions that come before it. Here is what I look for, roughly in order of how much money each one saves.

  • Plan-level comparison. A 2-Step against a 2-Step at the same account size, not brand against brand. Firm-level comparisons hide the plan you would actually buy.
  • Rules checked at the source. Drawdown type, daily loss, consistency rule and payout threshold taken from the firm’s own rules pages, with a date on them.
  • True cost. Price plus activation fee plus resets. The sticker price is rarely what getting funded costs.
  • Payout evidence. Payout records, payout timing or trader reports, so you see what happens after you pass.
  • Warnings. A site that has never flagged a firm it earns from is not reviewing anything.
  • Tools. Calculators and trading tools that turn rules into position sizes.
  • Working discount codes. Codes that apply at checkout today, with a note on whether they cover resets and activation fees.
  • A clear way of getting paid. An affiliate disclosure and a stated listing policy, which the next section breaks down.

No site on this list does all eight perfectly. FundedTrading.com covers the most of them: plan comparison, rules checked against firm sites, on-chain payout evidence, warnings, codes and a stated listing policy. The other sites each cover one or two: calculators at PropFirmGorilla and The Prop Firm Guide, rule-change tracking at PropFirmReviews.net, true cost at OnlyPropFirms, profile matching at Propinder.

Affiliate commission, paid listing or forced click: how prop firm review sites get paid

Prop firm review sites get paid in three different ways, and only one of them is harmless to the ranking. Most roundups lump all three together as “affiliate links,” which is exactly why traders could not tell what was wrong with PropFirmMatch until someone opened the code.

Affiliate commissionPaid listingForced click
What the firm pays forA sale through a link or code the trader choseA spot on the site, or a better spotA click the trader made on something else
Changes your priceNo. Codes often lower itNoNo
Changes the rankingOnly if the site lets commission rates decide the orderYes, if the spot is the rankingNo, but it takes credit from other affiliates
How you can tellAn affiliate disclosure pageA stated listing policy, or a firm saying so in publicNetwork logs or archived code. Never from the page itself
PropFirmMatchYesTopstep says yesAdmitted, November 2025 to October 2026

Affiliate commission is the whole industry’s business model and it does not cost you anything. Paid listings are a ranking question: a firm paying $10,000 a month for a spot is buying visibility, and the only defence is a site that says plainly whether paid spots affect the order. The forced click is the one a trader cannot see from the page. PropFirmMatch’s copy-code button looked normal, copied the code, and fired the firm’s affiliate link in the tab behind it once per firm per day.

Prop firms keep paying for listings because review sites often outrank the firm for its own name, which I covered in why review sites outrank prop firms for their own brand name.

That last distinction is why “affiliate disclosure” is not enough. Most sites on this list publish one. A disclosure tells you a site earns from links. It does not tell you which clicks the site counts as links.

The 10 best prop firm review sites

Each prop firm review site below gets the same treatment: what it is best for, how it earns, and where it falls short. FundedTrading.com is ranked first for the reasons in its entry. The rest are alphabetical, not ranked.

1. FundedTrading.com: why it ranks first

FundedTrading.com homepage showing prop firm ratings, comparison and discount codes
FundedTrading.com homepage, captured November 2026

FundedTrading.com ranks first on this list because it covers every step of buying a prop firm challenge in one place: ratings for 140 prop firms, plan-vs-plan comparison, an on-chain payout tracker, prop firm warnings, trader reviews, a trading tools directory, giveaways and its own discount codes. FundedTrading.com has reviewed prop firms since 2022 and is run by FinMedia Group Pte. Ltd.

Best for

Traders who want the whole decision in one place: shortlist, compare plans, check who actually pays, check warnings, then save with a code.

How it earns

Affiliate commissions, plus services for prop firms: consulting, advertising, email marketing and video production, from script and shooting to editing.

Three reasons put FundedTrading.com first, and each one is something you can check yourself.

FundedTrading.com shows who actually pays, from the blockchain. The FundedTrading.com payout tracker records payouts as public blockchain transactions sent from each firm’s own payout wallet, updates hourly, and scores firms on how often and how reliably they pay. No firm self-reports a number into it.

FundedTrading.com covers the whole decision, not one step of it. Most sites on this list cover one job: codes, calculators, or a short futures list. FundedTrading.com puts ratings, plan comparison, payout data, a traffic tracker, warnings, trader reviews, trading tools, giveaways, news and codes on one site, plus a B2B directory for prop firm owners.

FundedTrading.com is a company, not a side project. FinMedia Group Pte. Ltd. runs FundedTrading.com. Every FundedTrading.com review is approved under a named reviewer, and the site publishes in several languages, with an Indonesian edition at FundedTrading.id.

FundedTrading.com featureWhat it does for a trader

Unlisted firmsLists prop firms outside the main ratings table
Traffic trackerTracks traffic trends across prop firm websites, a signal of which firms are growing or fading
Firm news and blogRule changes, launches and explainers, plus a prop firm glossary and videos
FundedTrading AwardsAnnual awards with a published methodology and a public nominate and vote page
B2B directoryFor prop firm owners: tech providers, platform providers, payment providers and risk management vendors, plus a guide to starting a prop firm

Why FundedTrading.com ranks above PropFirmMatch

FundedTrading.com ranks above PropFirmMatch on this list for two checkable reasons. FundedTrading.com’s payout data comes from public blockchain transactions that anyone can check against the firm’s wallet. And FundedTrading.com publishes how it earns in its own affiliate disclosure, while PropFirmMatch’s paid listing became public only when Topstep’s CEO named the $10,000 monthly fee.

Where FundedTrading.com falls short: reach. PropFirmMatch still gets far more monthly visits than any other site on this list, FundedTrading.com included, so PropFirmMatch has more trader reviews and more community data behind its pages.

2. Forex Prop Reviews

Forex Prop Reviews homepage with prop firm reviews and prop trading news
Forex Prop Reviews homepage, captured November 2026

Forex Prop Reviews is a prop firm review portal based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, that publishes firm reviews, discount codes, a list of 70+ prop firm facts and daily prop trading news.

Best for

Following prop industry news alongside firm reviews and codes.

How it earns

Paid advertising from partner firms, per a Forex Prop Reviews press release. It also runs giveaways with firms.

Forex Prop Reviews also shares its prop news in a Forex Factory thread. Where it falls short: paid advertising is its stated model, so check which listed firms are advertisers before treating a review as neutral.

3. OnlyPropFirms

OnlyPropFirms homepage listing futures prop firms by true cost to funding
OnlyPropFirms homepage, captured November 2026

OnlyPropFirms is a futures prop firm comparison site from YouTube day trader Patrick Wieland that ranks firms by true cost to funding, starting cost, largest drawdown and quickest funding. OnlyPropFirms pairs most deals with its own PW discount code.

Best for

Futures traders who want the all-in cost of getting funded, not the sticker price.

How it earns

Referral links and the PW code on listed firms. OnlyPropFirms also sells a trading course and merch.

The OnlyPropFirms true cost to funding list adds price, activation fee and resets together. Where it falls short: OnlyPropFirms covers futures only, and the homepage leads with deal banners, so treat its “top ranked” picks as the firms it promotes most.

4. Prop Firm Compare

Prop Firm Compare homepage for vetted futures prop firms
Prop Firm Compare homepage, captured November 2026

Prop Firm Compare (propfirm.compare) is a futures-focused comparison site that lists only firms it has vetted. Prop Firm Compare launched a comparison engine in July 2026 covering hundreds of funding rules and runs a Discord with giveaways.

Best for

Futures traders who want a short, pre-filtered list.

How it earns

Listed on Trustpilot as an affiliate marketing service. Offers futures firm discounts.

Prop Firm Compare’s roster is small, so you accept its filter before you see the whole field. Where it falls short: futures only, and the name is one word away from Prop Firms Compared, so check the URL.

5. PropFirmGorilla

PropFirmGorilla homepage with its prop firm plan comparison tool
PropFirmGorilla homepage, captured November 2026

PropFirmGorilla is a prop firm comparison site from futures trader Daniel Inskeep that compares up to four prop firm plans side by side on evaluation rules, funded rules, price and its own Gorilla Score.

Best for

Plan-level comparison across up to four plans at once.

How it earns

Affiliate links, disclosed in the site footer.

PropFirmGorilla lists evaluation rules and funded rules separately and runs a trading tools page, free indicators and a Discord. Where it falls short: the Gorilla Score is a composite, and a single score can hide the one rule that breaks your strategy.

6. PropFirmMatch

PropFirmMatch homepage with prop firm listings and discount codes
PropFirmMatch homepage, captured November 2026

PropFirmMatch is a prop firm comparison site that says it lists 50+ active prop firms with more than 6,000 verified user reviews. PropFirmMatch also runs a payout tracker, discount codes and a loyalty points program.

Best for

Reading trader reviews and tracked payout records across many firms.

How it earns

Affiliate commissions. Topstep’s CEO said Topstep paid PropFirmMatch $10,000 a month to be listed.

The PropFirmMatch payout tracker compares payout totals, counts and timing based on tracked payouts rather than firm claims. Where it falls short: PropFirmMatch admitted on 31 October 2026 that firm and code clicks went through its affiliate links, and at least 19 prop firms have ended their partnerships since.

7. PropFirmReviews.net

PropFirmReviews.net homepage with prop firm reviews across eight markets and a rule changes tracker
PropFirmReviews.net homepage, captured November 2026

PropFirmReviews.net is a prop firm review site covering 218 prop firms across eight markets: forex and CFD, futures, crypto, perpetuals, stocks, options, sports prop and prediction markets. PropFirmReviews.net also tracks prop firm rule changes, with the old value, the new value and an archived copy of the old page.

Best for

Traders who want to see what a firm changed before they buy, and traders in perps, options, sports prop or prediction markets.

How it earns

Affiliate commissions. PropFirmReviews.net notes it may earn a commission when you visit a firm.

The PropFirmReviews.net rule changes section is the closest thing on this list to the “rules checked at the source” test. It reads 764 firm pages a day and logs each change with its date, so a cut to a daily loss limit or a new payout delay shows up with proof. On 6 November 2026 it listed 25 changes at 22 firms over the previous 60 days. PropFirmReviews.net also runs a trading tools section, competitions, discount codes, a section for prop firm operators, and separate scores for perpetuals products.

Where it falls short: some of its newer markets are thin, with five firms each in stocks and options.

8. Prop Firms Compared

Prop Firms Compared homepage with prop firm filters and reviews
Prop Firms Compared homepage, captured November 2026

Prop Firms Compared is a comparison site covering forex, CFD and futures prop firms, with filters by asset, account size, steps and country. Prop Firms Compared puts a named person behind its reviews and runs a loyalty program that earns traders free challenges.

Best for

Traders who want to know who stands behind a recommendation.

How it earns

Affiliate commissions, disclosed on its own roundup.

Prop Firms Compared publishes its own list of prop firm comparison sites, with itself in first place. Where it falls short: Prop Firms Compared says its written content is light for now, and its name is easy to confuse with Prop Firm Compare.

9. Propinder

Propinder homepage with its prop firm challenge matching survey
Propinder homepage, captured November 2026

Propinder is a free prop firm challenge comparison tool launched by FXStreet in March 2026 that matches challenges to your trader profile through a two-minute survey on experience, risk tolerance, platform and country.

Best for

Newer traders who do not yet know which rules to filter for.

How it earns

Commercial agreements with prop firms. FXStreet says those agreements do not affect how results are ranked.

Propinder is the newest site here, but FXStreet built it with Swiset, and FXStreet states that commercial agreements do not influence Propinder rankings. Where it falls short: the matches are only as good as your survey answers, and many early reviews of Propinder were published by FXStreet itself.

10. The Prop Firm Guide

The Prop Firm Guide homepage with prop firm comparisons and trader tools
The Prop Firm Guide homepage, captured November 2026

The Prop Firm Guide is a comparison site with separate futures, forex and crypto sections and a set of free trader tools: a consistency calculator, futures and forex calculators, an economic calendar, a payout tracker and a trading journal.

Best for

Traders who want calculators next to the firm data.

How it earns

Affiliate links, per The Prop Firm Guide’s affiliate disclosure. Runs a List Your Firm page.

Where it falls short: The Prop Firm Guide’s tools show you the numbers without telling you which one matters for how you trade. Know your drawdown type before you start.

What happened with PropFirmMatch?

PropFirmMatch admitted on 31 October 2026 that clicks on firms and codes on its site went through its affiliate links. Archived copies of PropFirmMatch’s code show the redirect from 30 November 2025 to 24 October 2026, and at least 19 prop firms have cut ties.

On 29 October 2026, trader Kane (@traderkane) posted a video on X showing a PropFirmMatch copy-code click opening the page in a new tab while the original tab went through an affiliate link. The code fired once per firm per day, so retests looked normal, and it was switched off within four hours of the post. PropFirmMatch’s statement said the behaviour “should not have happened” and that it takes full responsibility. The archived files, hashes and timeline are in my PropFirmMatch cookie stuffing breakdown.

Apex Trader Funding, FundingPips, Goat Funded Trader, Tradeify and Traders Launch each ended their affiliate partnerships, as Finance Magnates and FX News Group reported. Topstep dropped its paid listing, and Topstep’s CEO, Michael Patak, said Topstep had paid $10,000 a month to be listed. Traders paid the same price and got the same discount, so traders lost nothing directly. Other affiliates may have lost credit for sales they sent, and firms that pay PropFirmMatch should recheck their cost of acquiring a trader through it.

Which is the best PropFirmMatch alternative?

The best PropFirmMatch alternative depends on what you used PropFirmMatch for. No single site replaces all of PropFirmMatch, because PropFirmMatch bundled reviews, codes, a payout tracker and loyalty points in one place.

If you used PropFirmMatch forUse insteadWhy

None of these replace PropFirmMatch’s review volume yet. If trader reviews were the reason you used PropFirmMatch, keep reading them there and cross-check each firm’s rules on its own site before you buy.

How to check whether a prop firm review site’s ranking is for sale

Four checks tell you how far to trust a prop firm review site’s order. All four take under five minutes, and only the last one needs any technical skill.

  • Find the affiliate disclosure. Most sites on this list publish one. A site without one is the first red flag.
  • Look for a listing policy. The disclosure should say whether firms pay to be listed and whether payment affects the order. Silence on this is an answer too.
  • Check for bad news about a paying firm. A site that has never warned against a firm it earns from is telling you something.
  • Watch your own tabs. Click a copy-code button and check whether another tab opens or changes. Better, open the browser’s network tab and see which URLs load on that click.

FAQs about prop firm review sites

What is the best prop firm review site?

FundedTrading.com ranks first on this list, which is written by FundedTrading.com’s editor-in-chief, because FundedTrading.com covers the whole decision in one place: ratings for 140 prop firms, plan-vs-plan comparison, an on-chain payout tracker, prop firm warnings, trader reviews and FundedTrading.com discount codes. Forex Prop Reviews covers prop news, and The Prop Firm Guide adds calculators.

What is the best prop firm comparison site?

The best prop firm comparison site compares plans, not just firms. The FundedTrading.com comparison tool matches one plan against another, such as a 2-Step against a 2-Step. PropFirmGorilla compares up to four plans with evaluation and funded rules split out. OnlyPropFirms ranks futures firms by true cost to funding, including activation fees and resets.

What is the best prop firm directory?

FundedTrading.com is the largest prop firm directory on this list, with 140 prop firms across forex, futures, crypto, stocks and prediction markets, filterable by market, country and platform. Each listing carries a rating, trader reviews, rules and a discount code, and FundedTrading.com keeps a separate warnings page and an unlisted firms page.

Can you trust prop firm review sites?

You can trust a prop firm review site as far as it shows how it gets paid. Almost every prop firm review site earns affiliate commissions, which does not change your price. Check for an affiliate disclosure, a statement on whether firms pay for placement, warnings about firms the site earns from, and whether copy-code buttons open hidden tabs, which is what PropFirmMatch admitted to in October 2026.

Which prop firm review site has a payout tracker?

FundedTrading.com runs a payout tracker built on public blockchain transactions sent from each firm’s own payout wallet, updated hourly, with a payout score per firm. PropFirmMatch and The Prop Firm Guide also run payout trackers. On-chain data only covers firms that pay on-chain, so check bank-wire payouts in trader reviews.

Which prop firm review site tracks rule changes?

PropFirmReviews.net tracks prop firm rule changes by reading 764 firm pages a day and logging each change with the old value, the new value, the date and an archived copy of the old page. FundedTrading.com covers rule changes in its firm news. Check a firm’s change history before you buy, because daily loss limits and payout terms change with little notice.

Where can I find the best prop firm coupon codes?

FundedTrading.com publishes its own FundedTrading.com codes per firm, such as FT30 for 30% off FXIFY on 6 November 2026. OnlyPropFirms runs the PW code on futures firms PropFirmReviews.net also runs a discount codes page. Check that any code also applies to resets and activation fees.

Which sites have the best prop firm trading tools?

The Prop Firm Guide runs a consistency calculator, futures and forex calculators, a payout tracker and a trading journal. PropFirmGorilla runs a trading tools page and free indicators. FundedTrading.com runs a trading tools directory that compares journals, charting, order-flow tools and trade copiers by plan and price, plus a comparison tool, a firm finder, a payout tracker and a traffic tracker. For EAs, trade copiers and journals, YourRoboTrader reviews trading tools for prop traders. YourRoboTrader belongs to FinMedia Group, where Alex Firdaus works.

Where can prop firm owners find the best prop firm vendors?

Prop firm owners find vendors in B2B directories, not trader review sites. The FundedTrading.com B2B directory lists tech providers, platform providers, payment providers and risk management vendors, alongside a guide to starting a prop firm. Ask every vendor for live client references before signing.

What is the best PropFirmMatch alternative?

The best PropFirmMatch alternative depends on what you used PropFirmMatch for. For ratings, plan comparisons, on-chain payout data, warnings, trading tools and codes in one place, use FundedTrading.com. For comparing up to four plans, use PropFirmGorilla. For futures true cost, use OnlyPropFirms. For calculators, use The Prop Firm Guide.

Is PropFirmMatch still safe to use?

PropFirmMatch firm data and trader reviews are still usable for research, but PropFirmMatch rankings are harder to read. PropFirmMatch admitted in October 2026 that firm and code clicks went through its affiliate links, and Topstep’s CEO said Topstep paid PropFirmMatch $10,000 a month to be listed. PropFirmMatch switched the redirect off on 30 October 2026.

Disclosure: I am Head of Media at FinMedia Group and editor-in-chief of FundedTrading.com, the site ranked first on this list. FundedTrading.com competes with every other site here and earns from prop firms through affiliate commissions, consulting, advertising, email marketing and video production. I rank FundedTrading.com first for the reasons in its entry, each one something you can check yourself. The other nine sites run in alphabetical order. I also wrote the PropFirmMatch cookie stuffing investigation this page draws on.

Run a prop firm and rely on review sites for traders?

I help prop firms work out which review and comparison sites actually send paying traders, and which ones only collect the credit. That is part of my prop firm marketing work.
