Best Crypto SEO Experts and Agencies (2026)

Best crypto SEO experts 2026 shown as a podium, inspected by a magnifying glass

Table of Contents

The crypto SEO experts on this page start with Victoria Olsina, a Web3 SEO consultant and former Head of SEO at ConsenSys. Alex Firdaus is an independent crypto SEO consultant based in Bandung, Indonesia, who has traded crypto since 2014. Austin Heaton is an independent SEO and AEO consultant. RGray is the agency that leads with SEO. Coinbound, ICODA, MarketAcross, Lunar Strategy and NinjaPromo are crypto marketing agencies that sell SEO inside a wider package. Most crypto SEO is sold by agencies whose best clients thank them for something else, so check what each one leads with before you sign.

I wrote this page and I am one of the entries. I put myself second, behind a consultant with a longer published crypto record, and I say below who I am a weaker fit for. Every other entry uses what the provider states on its own site or its Clutch profile.

Crypto SEO experts and agencies compared

Of the nine crypto SEO providers compared here, three are independent consultants, one agency leads with SEO, and five sell SEO inside a wider marketing package. Four publish a price. Entries were checked against each provider’s own site or Clutch profile on 27 October 2026, except Austin Heaton, checked in September 2026.

Which crypto SEO provider fits which crypto business

The right crypto SEO provider depends on what you run: an exchange, a token launch, a protocol, a wallet, a crypto prop firm or a crypto casino each need search to do a different job. An exchange is fighting for its brand name, its fee pages and its coin listings. A token launch needs attention in weeks, not months. A protocol needs developers and integrators to find its docs. Pick the provider whose showcased work matches your business, not the one with the longest client list.

Which crypto SEO agencies actually lead with SEO

A crypto SEO agency leads with SEO when its named clients credit it for search results. By that test, most agencies selling crypto SEO are influencer, PR or community shops that list SEO as one service among many.

Crypto SEO experts and agencies grouped by whether they lead with SEO, with published prices, checked October 2026
Nine crypto SEO providers grouped by what they lead with. Source: each provider’s own site or Clutch profile, checked 27 October 2026, except Austin Heaton, checked September 2026.

The fastest check is the testimonials and case studies. An agency picks what it shows, so what it shows is what its best clients actually bought.

AgencyWhat its showcased clients credit it for
RGrayClutch reviews describe SEO, GEO and token launch marketing for crypto companies
CoinboundThe four homepage case studies are influencer launches, YouTube creator campaigns and media placements. None is an SEO result
ICODAClutch reviewers credit SEO, influencer campaigns and tokenomics
MarketAcrossPR. Its Clutch service lines are 40% PR, 30% content, 20% blockchain marketing and 10% events, with no SEO line
Lunar StrategyClutch reviewers credit social media, influencer and Google Ads campaigns
NinjaPromoClutch reviewers credit running SEO and paid ads under one team, across many industries

None of this makes an agency bad. A token launch that needs influencers, press and SEO at the same time should hire a team that does all three. The problem is hiring a launch agency for a search problem and finding out two quarters later.

Independent crypto SEO consultants

An independent crypto SEO consultant is one person who does the search work on your account directly. These three work alone, and each fits a different kind of crypto business.

Victoria Olsina

Victoria Olsina is a Web3 SEO and AI search consultant and the former Head of SEO at ConsenSys. Her site says she has worked only in crypto and Web3 SEO since 2018, after a role as Search and Acquisition Manager at Barclays. She names Polkadot, Bankless, NEAR Protocol, Aztec, Notabene and Mezo among her clients, and publishes case studies with numbers attached, such as a 12x rise in demo requests for Notabene. She is also the author of a book on AI search for crypto and Web3 brands.

By the test on this page, she leads with SEO, and her published record is the deepest of the individuals here. One thing to know: she publishes the top crypto SEO experts list that ranks for this search, and she ranks herself first in it. She fits protocols, layer 1 and layer 2 ecosystems, wallets, exchanges and Web3 SaaS that want the strategist on their calls.

Alex Firdaus, Bandung

Alex Firdaus is an independent crypto SEO consultant and Head of Media for FundedTrading, based in Bandung, Indonesia. He has traded crypto since 2014, through three full market cycles, and worked close to ten years as a Google search quality rater before moving into SEO. His crypto SEO work covers exchanges, crypto brokers, crypto prop firms, trading platforms and token projects that sell to traders. The common thread is a buyer who trades, checks everything, and searches your name with “legit”, “fees” or “withdrawal” before paying.

The proof is on this site. My guide to on-chain prop firms ranked at position 3.9 for “on chain prop firms” in Google Search Console between 24 July and 24 October 2026, with a 22.6% click rate. Pricing starts with a $500 audit, and monthly plans start at $750. Where I am a weaker fit: if you need a published layer 1 or DeFi case study before you sign, Victoria Olsina has those and I do not, and a launch that needs influencers and press alongside SEO needs an agency.

Austin Heaton

Austin Heaton is an independent SEO and AEO consultant whose site lists Rise, Sumsub, CryptoProcessing and Gigapay as clients and partners. He sells engagements from $5,000. He also publishes lists of the best SEO consultants for fintech that rank himself first. He fits B2B crypto and fintech companies that want one hands-on operator and are ready to ask for client references.

A crypto SEO agency that leads with SEO

RGray is the one agency on this page whose leadership runs the SEO work and whose reviews describe crypto SEO projects.

RGray, Kyiv

RGray is a Ukrainian marketing agency for crypto, AI, SaaS and fintech companies that started in 2019. Its Clutch profile says co-founder and CEO Hleb Myrko leads strategy and SEO and GEO, and that he has guided growth for more than 80 tech companies, including Bitcoin.com, Bybit and OKX. Its Clutch reviews describe SEO work for crypto clients, including a crypto analytics platform. By the test on this page, RGray is the agency that leads with SEO. It fits a crypto company that wants a team and wants search to be the main job. I did not check RGray’s own site for prices, so ask on the first call.

For crypto companies that want one consultant rather than a team, the independent option above covers what I do for exchanges, brokers and trading platforms.

Crypto marketing agencies that sell SEO inside a wider package

These five agencies are crypto specialists or have large crypto practices, and all of them sell SEO. In each case, search sits beside influencer marketing, PR, paid ads or community, and a team does the work.

Coinbound, New York

Coinbound is a crypto and Web3 marketing agency founded in 2018 by Ty Smith, who also hosts the Crypto Marketing with Ty Smith podcast. Coinbound says it has worked with more than 900 clients and names MetaMask, OKX, Sui, Algorand, Nexo and eToro. Its services run from influencer marketing, PR and paid ads to SEO and AI optimization. The case studies on its homepage are a MetaMask launch with more than 50 influencers, more than 10,000 new OKX users through YouTube creators, more than 55 media placements for Algorand in 30 days, and a year of influencer work for Sui. By the test on this page, Coinbound leads with influencers and PR. It fits a token launch that needs attention fast, with SEO running alongside.

ICODA

ICODA is a crypto and blockchain marketing agency founded in 2017, with more than 650 clients across DeFi, GameFi, iGaming, exchanges, wallets and token sales, according to its Clutch profile. Its site lists addresses in Wrocław, Poland and Bellevue, Washington, and its blog names TON, BingX, Filecoin, BC.GAME and Rootstock as clients. ICODA sells AI SEO beside token sale marketing, PR, influencer campaigns and a full iGaming practice. ICODA states an hourly rate of $25 to $49 with a $10,000 minimum project, and Clutch reviewers credit it for SEO as well as influencer work. It fits a crypto or crypto casino brand that wants one agency across every channel.

MarketAcross, Tel Aviv

MarketAcross calls itself a crypto PR agency and sells success-based PR and growth campaigns for blockchain companies. Its 2024 partnership announcement names Binance, Polkadot, Solana and Polygon among the projects it has worked with, and it also founded Chainwire, a blockchain press release distribution service. Its Clutch profile lists 40% PR, 30% content marketing, 20% blockchain marketing and 10% events, at $150 to $199 an hour, with no separate SEO line. By the test on this page, MarketAcross leads with PR. It fits a crypto project that needs press coverage first and is happy for SEO to follow it.

Lunar Strategy, Lisbon

Lunar Strategy is a Web3 marketing agency founded in 2019 by Tim Haldorsson and based in Lisbon. It sells go-to-market strategy, SEO, Google Ads, social media, influencer marketing, content, community and PR, and lists a $10,000 minimum project on its Clutch profile, where reviewers credit its social, influencer and Google Ads campaigns. Lunar Strategy also publishes a list of the best crypto SEO agencies that ranks for this search, and names itself first. It fits an early Web3 project that wants growth and community work with SEO included.

NinjaPromo

NinjaPromo is a full-service digital marketing agency built around subscription-based dedicated teams, with offices in London, New York and Vilnius, according to its Clutch profile. Crypto and Web3 is one of many industries it serves, alongside fintech, forex, gaming, SaaS and healthcare. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project and $50 to $99 an hour, and reviewers credit it for running SEO and paid ads under one team. It fits a crypto company that wants one monthly subscription across several channels rather than a crypto-only specialist.

Surgence and Loopex Digital also publish crypto SEO agency lists that rank for this search, and both put themselves first. I did not review either as a provider, so they are not ranked here.

Crypto SEO expert or agency: which do you need?

Hire an independent crypto SEO consultant when search and AI visibility are the problem and you want the senior person doing the work. Hire an agency when SEO is one part of a launch that also needs influencers, PR, paid media and community, because one person cannot staff five channels. The longer version of that trade-off, written for prop firms but true for crypto, is in marketing agency or specialist consultant for a prop firm.

What crypto SEO costs

Most crypto SEO providers do not publish prices. Two on this page do: Alex Firdaus from $500 for an audit and $750 a month, and Austin Heaton from $5,000. Clutch and the agencies’ own pages give a rough guide for four more: NinjaPromo lists a $5,000 minimum project, Lunar Strategy a $10,000 minimum, ICODA $25 to $49 an hour with a $10,000 minimum, and MarketAcross $150 to $199 an hour. Coinbound quotes per project, and Victoria Olsina does not publish a price.

When you get a quote, ask what is excluded. Content production, link acquisition and press placements are often billed on top, and in crypto the press placements can cost more than the SEO.

How to vet a crypto SEO expert before you sign

To vet a crypto SEO expert, find out who works in your Search Console, ask for a named crypto client with an SEO result, and read what their clients credit them for. These checks take an afternoon and remove most providers from a shortlist.

  • Ask for the name of the person who will be in your Search Console every week. If the answer is a team, ask who leads it and how many other accounts that person runs.
  • Ask for one named crypto client and one SEO result for them. An influencer campaign or a press placement is not an SEO result.
  • Read what the provider’s showcased clients thank it for. If every case study is a launch, a KOL campaign or a media hit, SEO is the side service.
  • Ask for a Search Console screenshot with the property URL visible, not a chart with the domain cropped out.
  • Check whether the provider’s own list of crypto SEO agencies ranks itself first. Several of the pages ranking for this search do.
  • If you run an exchange or trading platform, ask whether they trade. Your users search “withdrawal pending” at 3am, and the pages that answer them are written best by someone who has searched it too.
  • Search “crypto seo expert” and ask an AI assistant the same question. A provider who sells AI Overview optimisation should be visible there.

One last thing. Every page ranking for this search, including this one, was written by someone selling the service. Read them all that way. The same test applied to prop firm search is in the best prop firm SEO agencies and consultants.
